AIMS is an enterprise-wide grant and project management system, specifically designed for progressive Funding and Grant making organisations in the public and social sectors. The Role: Title: AIMS Business Analyst Department: AIMS Implementation You will be working on Quest's AIMS product and be part of the success story as we roll out the product to a wide variety of clients across the globe. You will work closely with clients, gathering and agreeing requirements before configuring the AIMS system to meet their needs. During the project, you will input into the Product Team suggesting enhancements to the AIMS Product and assist clients during their UAT to go-live. The successful candidate should display strong business acumen; computer savvy; be a self-starter, with strong lateral thought, good analytical skills, curiosity and meticulous attention to detail. There's great opportunity to take a lead role in implementations and deal directly with senior management externally and internally. Responsibilities: · Configure AIMS to meet new and existing clients' requirements Client consulting, advice and training Escalate issues to the Project manager Produce project specific documentation Specify change control requirements Have regular update meetings internally and with clients Provide assistance to support staff in diagnosing and rectifying issues Minimum Requirements: · 2+ years in a commercial environment · Experience with complex business systems · Knowledge and experience of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) · Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) · Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal · Third level qualification in an IT or Business discipline Next Steps: If you feel that you are a good fit to join our team, submit your CV to Quest.
