The jobholder carries out the role of Head of Product Development & Segmentation within the Retail Bank and will be responsible & accountable for achieving the strategic product goals for the retail business within Saudi Arabia.

Description
To manage & lead a product team, inclusive of Assets, Liabilities and other products & services, in terms of product enhancements, performance, new product development and product strategy.
The product team will also be responsible for the segmentation model and will ensure appropriate product packaging/ bundling of products & services.
To promote the retention of existing customers for the Bank through the establishment of effective retention strategies & competitive counters that will ultimately extend across all Bank products. The Product Development team will also be responsible for Quality Assurance and be the custodian of the retail product data warehousing.
