Executive Manager Interal Audit

A leading bank in Kuwait is looking for an Executive Manager Internal Audit to be responsible for auditing all operations, retail banking, general services and administrative areas. This role reports directly the Chief Internal Auditor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

To plan, develop, supervises and performs financial and operational audits of the bank and its branches and assists in providing standards and a quality control function.

To assist in developing an audit strategy and an annual audit plan.

To perform internal audit in the investment, accounting, operations, administrative and financial areas of the bank and its branches.

To prepare and present audit reports to Chief Internal Auditor.

Minimum Experience and & Qualifications:

University Degree in Finance / or any related subject.

Must have at least 10 years experience in the banking industry in the GCC/Middle East.

Must have strong leadership skills.

Accounting qualification such as CIA, CPA, CBA, Associate or Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
