Responsibilities • Daily cash management • prepares daily cash position and account transfers • prepares bank statements • monitors bank account activity • concentrates cash for the region • Bank account administration • open/close bank accounts • add/delete authorized signers • Add/remove banking services • Maintain account master list repository • User access management • Administration of funds transfer systems globally (Money movement) • To input and/or approve payments • Payment limits for individuals and accounts • Facilitates resolution of bank issues. • Responsible for online banking entitlements and SOX compliance • Coordinate accounting upload of treasury activity and intercompany transactions • Ensures sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs • Facilitate loan documents • Coordinate loan draws and repayments • Coordinate interest payments • Coordinate loan extensions • Responsible for debt compliance for the region • Coordinate investments and redemptions and ensures compliance with company investment policy • Reviews investments to ensure compliance with company investment policy • Works with cross functional teams including Tax, FP&A, and Accounting to support Corporate and Treasury specific initiatives • Assist with forecasting income statement, balance sheet, and cash flows by currency • Facilitates foreign exchange forecasting and hedging program • Processes foreign exchange trade settlements • Confirms settlement instructions with banks • Manage and prepare cash forecasting and modeling processes • Coordinates financial reporting for the region • Assists with internal/external reporting • Prepares Q/K & PBC schedules for treasury related disclosures • Ad hoc analysis as needed Education & Experience • Bachelor's degree required. • CCM/CTP ACCA, CICP credential preferred • MBA/CPA a plus • 3-5 years related experience at a company, bank, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Fluent in English and Mandarin • Fluent in Japanese a plus, but not required • High integrity and ethical standards • Strong sense of urgency • Drive for excellence, motivated self-starter • Excellent problem solving abilities and organizational skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment • Highly dependable and dedicated to team; ensure accuracy and great attention to detail with ability to thrive in a fast paced deadline driven environment with frequently changing priorities • Proven ability to work independently, across cultures and time zones while anticipating deliverables needed by collaborating effectively with internal and external peers who may not share the same goals • Good balance between business understanding and technical aptitude, with ability to connect business ideas to technical solutions and vice versa • Good comprehension of control environment requirements, experience with various audits (e.g. internal, external, SOX, SSAE16) • Excellent written
