THE SEARCH:
We have been mandated by an alternative asset manager, who manage over €227 billion of assets, to find a Financial Controller to join their Finance and Reporting Team. The firm are listed on the London Stock Exchange and provide both advisory and investment management services.
THE ROLE:
The Finance team is dedicated to the financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, corporate tax and investor relations. Responsibilities within this role will include:
- Preparation, production and review of external financial and performance data for the board, shareholders and regulators
- Oversee third part administrators
- Oversee Fund administration operations
- Maintain the accounting function
- Manage process within the reporting cycle
- Prepare and audit the interim and year end financial statements while adhering to IFRS
THE REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate will ideally:
- Have 7+ years in Audit, Assurance or Financial Reporting
- ACA qualification is preferable
- A previous experience with publicly listed organisations and private equity
- Strong attention to detail
- Resilient
