Responsibilities:

Enterprise sales cycles with Asset Managers and Private banks including:

  • Creating new sales opportunities with private banks and asset managers
  • Reaching out to existing contacts to create new interest
  • Creating bespoke presentations and sales pitches to win business

Ability to build new client relationships and also access previous relationships to build new business in the areas of:

  • Equity and Fixed Income Research
  • Fund Operations (e.g. reconciliation, fund accounting etc.)
  • Compliance (e.g. guideline coding and monitoring support)
  • Fund Marketing Services (RFP and DDQ support, Fund fact sheet production services, Consultant database update services etc.)
  • Meet established revenue targets, while creating new and customer relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Position requires travel

Requirements:

  • Bachelors' degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics or related area is preferred
  • 5 to 8 years' experience selling services into decision makers in Investment Research, Fund Marketing, Compliance, Fund Operations, or Fund Marketing Services throughout Europe is highly desirable
  • Ability to build new business opportunities and execute these deals
  • Experience in a sales role within a services/software organisation with a successful track record in sales
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills as well as outstanding client relationship management
  • Prior experience working for an asset management firm preferred
