Our client is a major advisory firm. They have an exceptional roster of listed and private clients, and have worked, in the last 12 months, on a number of high profile buy and sell side mandates.
Ther TMT team is very busy at the moment, with a significant pipeline of work, and they are now looking to add two professionals at the Analyst (2) and (3) level.
The positions will focus on advising technology, media and telecoms clients on mergers and acquisitions. You will have involvement in deal origination, marketing, financial modelling, valuations, analysis, preparation of buy and sell side documents, negotiation of the deal, execution, through to completion. You can expect to have significant client interaction.
The role will give you lots of responsibility and a consistent flow of good transactions.
They are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows:
- investment bankers at the 2nd or 3rd year level from other firms
- technology experience is useful although not essential for the position
