My client a global financial organization is looking for a solid VP Financial Reporting to join their expanding team

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely reporting of the Group and subsidiaries' financial statements
• Analysis of financial results identify trends and interpret performance
• Preparation of returns for regulatory reporting
• Provide accounting advice on new business initiatives
• Participate in M&A financial due diligence
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Liaise with internal and external auditors
• Other projects and duties as assigned

To qualify individuals must possess

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum of 8 years of working experience
• Analytical, details oriented, hands-on, efficient and independent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• SAP experience is a plus
• Working with an SGX Listed company is pre-requisite or working with a global bank doing financial reporting
