Associate Director - Finance

Our client is looking for high calibre candidate to join their Finance & Accounting department.

Responsibilities:

* Preparation of management accounts, regulatory returns (i.e. FRR returns, ADD forms) financial reports, ad hoc management reports of the Group

*Preparation of interim and annual reports of the Group together with supporting schedules

*Overview of daily treasury function

*Provision of assistance for year-end audit and tax compliance issues

*Review and check staff disbursements

*Review daily works carried out by junior associates

*Any ad hoc assignments of financial reporting function

Requirements:

*Degree in Accounting or related disciplines with professional accounting qualification equivalent to HKICPA

*Minimum of 10 years' practical experience in brokering, corporate advisory and asset management business with Big 4 exposure

*Experienced in preparing published accounts will be an advantage

*Familiar with regulatory reporting, financial accounting, management analysis and cash flow management

*Good command of both English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage

*Strong analytical & communication skills, and good attention to details

*Pro-active, mature and pleasant

*Able to work independently and under pressure
