Buyer / Planner Position - The Granning Group Ltd Granning Group Headquarters are based in Naas, Co. Kildare. We have braches in Northern Ireland (GNI), UK (GUK) and Poland (GPL). The ideal candidate will have an opportunity to become part of a growing multinational Company. The candidate will need to have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role as operations administrator.  Responsibilities Purchasing / Planning for Sales and Production for short-term and long-term lead-time demands Sourcing suitable materials as per production requirements daily Working closely with the Production Manager regarding scheduling of stocks, arrival times and all updates daily also a clear line of communication with the sales team Co-operating with Warehouse Manager on all shipments in,  requesting signed paperwork of delivers for booking in purposes Bill Of Material Pricing, Stock Adjustments, System Administration  and  reporting daily Essential Experience and Skills Good interpersonal and communication skills to work in a group Comfortable communicating at all levels within the organization Attention to detail and follow through tasks from start to finish A Team player Good analytical skills, and have the initiative to make a decision quickly under pressure. Ability to prioritize, analyze data and understand connections. Flexibility to adopt to changes / improvements Desirable Knowledge of working in a multi-currency environment Third Level qualification in a related discipline is desirable but not essential Working knowledge of Pegasus Opera would be an advantage A can do Attitude Experience working in a fast paced environment, whilst not essential within the spare parts / manufacturing industry would be a bonus Salary DOE: €35,000 + / Bonus Please send your C.V. to Deirdre Murphy Group Purchasing Manager
