Three Graduate programme is your opportunity to be part of the Three World, to get insight into how the world of business works whilst getting valuable hands-on experience in your chosen area. Through participation in project work, training and day to day tasks, you'll explore work in your area, whilst working with your graduate manager who will mentor, guide and coach you. You will have the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects, be involved in fast paced business and attend internal and external training/coaching sessions. What else it involves: As a Graduate you will be based in our Head office in Dublin 2. This will be the start of your career and our amazing teams are ready to impart their knowledge and experience with you. What you will be involved in? The Finance Directorate in Three supports the Three business by partnering withal business areas and managing all financial activities including Financial Control, Treasury, Tax, Commercial Finance, Revenue Assurance, credit &billing. Work closely with your fellow team members in order to reach your goals. Learn the day to day workings of a finance department Support other departments within the business with finance related activities and business partnering. Understand all the areas of how finance supports the business and the customer Provide financial insights to the business in products profitability and cost centre reporting Take part in project work with key accountability for delivering on set objectives. Opportunity to engage with financial experts in a variety of financial roles in a fast paced business environment Work with the latest accounting fundamentals applied within a large business environment Successful applicants will complete a 3 year programme with rotations in a broad range of financial functions, to enable them to acquire a broad range of experiences within the Three business: · Product & Logistics Finance. · Financial Reporting. · Audit. · Commercial Finance. · Content Revenue & Wholesale Costs. · Consumer & Business Sales Partnering. · Revenue Analysis & Month End Reporting · Decision Support Analysis & Evaluation. · Tax / Treasury. · Cash Management & Forecasting. · Corporate Tax & VAT Returns. · Revenue Assurance Risk Management. · Payments. · Billing Operations. · Credit Risk. · Financial Control. · Accounts Payable. · Network Finance. The skills we're looking for: Current third level student or recent graduate within two years of graduating Keen interest in accounting and finance, and training as an accountant to complete a professional accountancy qualification Self-motivated individual with desire to be the best. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work well within teams and independently. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Innovative and results driven.
