Payroll Specialist to join the Chris Kelly Group - Head Office Duties and responsibilities: Process and deliver weekly payroll Ensure payroll delivered on time to agreed deadlines and to necessary standards Validating and inputting all data received to agreed deadlines. Checking inputted data and making all relevant corrections Collating clockcards, holiday entitlements, reconciling hours on a weekly basis Processing payment via SEPA and internet banking Administration of employee information such as starters, leavers, employee changes, processing of timesheets, absences and time amendments. Deal with payroll queries on pay, tax and PRSI deductions, hours worked and holidays Importing P2C via ROS. Preparation and submitting of P45's, P60's, P35 via ROS Responding to and resolving employee queries as they arise Skills and experience required for this role include: Must have at least 3 years' payroll experience in a busy environment. Excellent attention to detail Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel. Knowledge of the Revenue Online Service (ROS) Ability to work in an organised and methodical way.
