Join this growing company close to Kilkenny and Carlow as a Senior Administrator and Accounts Assistant. Role and requirements:  Processing purchase invoices/delivery dockets and hopefully take on the role of coding and posting through to each of the companies while working with the Purchasing Manager  Excellent Phone manner as all calls will come direct through here, taking queries, messages and passing information on to the relevant personnel in a prompt and professional way.  Good communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to work on their own initiative and prioritise workload  Have a high level of proficiency with MS office  We use a system called Navision and it is used throughout the entire group.  General Administration work such as organise flights, hotels, car hire, book transport for some collections and samples, order stationery canteen supplies etc.  Provide general support for the Finance and Administration Manager and the General Manager
