My client - a leading financial services organisation has a requirement for a Business Analyst to join their Projects and IT department. In this role you will organise and lead projects between all departments. You will work with the operational departments to identify areas where IT development is required and also write procedures on new processes as they are rolled out. This role is permanent and reports to the Head of the Business.     Responsibilities: Review legal documents for new fund launches/clients to ensure IT platform compatibility. Co-ordinate the launch of new funds with various departments. Create and maintain detailed uniform project plans for all projects. Organise project meetings to assign project tasks and monitor progress. Co-ordinate and test system upgrades acting as escalation point with vendors as required. Liaise with training teams and provide training of programs to new and existing employees.     Requirements: Experience of running projects and co-ordinating resources to successful completion. Two years' experience within the funds industry, fund accounting desirable. Excellent oral and written communication skills at both team and managerial level. Solid knowledge of funds industry, alternative funds and fund administration. Self - Starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive approach to problem solving with excellent time management skills.     The salary for this role is negotiable depending on experience. Non E.U.
