At Paycheck Plus we believe in offering our clients a first class service focusing on their specific needs with our specialist tailored services and expert knowledge in payroll calculations and employment law.  We are looking for a Personal Assistant / Office Manager for a three month Contract.  Personal Assistant / Office Manager (3 Month Contract): The Personal Assistant / Office Manager will support the CEO and Operations Director of a busy payroll bureau and the various administrative tasks relating to the Management and Sales Departments as required. The successful candidate will maintain a positive attitude that promotes team work within the company and a favourable image of the company.  The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Office Manager. Duties & Responsibilities Provide full administrative & secretarial support to the CEO, Sales and Management Departments Diary, itinerary and travel management for CEO and Management Team Assist with printing and correspondence requirements Create weekly sales reports for Management Meetings Compile and track sales proposals and on-boarding of new clients Log IT issues with IT support company ·         Proactively engage with other departmental resources where necessary to ensure that information/documentation requests are delivered in a professional and timely manner Any other duties as assigned by the DIrectors or Managers. The Ideal candidates will have the following skills and experience: ·         Strong Computer literacy - MS Office ·         A professional, confident and reliable manner when dealing with enquiries (both internal and external) and business tasks ·         Positive ‘can - do' attitude ·         Highly driven with enthusiasm to meet role requirements and to cope under demanding pressure ·         Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and work with a high degree of accuracy ·         Strong multi-tasking abilities taking ownership and accountability for activities ·         Honest, trustworthy, respectful and highly personable ·         Flexibility & confidentiality are key requirements for this role.
