Talbot Hotel Carlow, part of the Talbot Collection are recruiting for a Senior Accounts Assistant to cover Maternity Leave.  Please note that a fixed-term contract will be offered for the duration of maternity leave. Main Duties: Monitoring and reconciliation of income on a daily basis; All aspects of credit control; Checking and issuing of timesheets for weekly payroll; Issuing of purchase orders and reconciliation with delivery dockets and invoices; Calculation of Food and Beverage GP reports on a monthly basis; Balancing and issuing various weekly and monthly reports to management; Supporting and advising management as required All other duties within the accounts department; Requirements: Cash management and credit control experience essential, hotel background an advantage; Excellent attention to detail; Strong knowledge of Excel; Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; Ability to work under pressure, on own initiative and meet various deadlines on a daily, weekly and monthly basis ***Talbot Hotel Carlow is an equal opportunities employer***
