The successful candidate will be qualified to diploma level or equivalent in procurement, business or finance and be fully fluent in verbal and written English. Reporting to the Senior Procurement Officer, the role is an important link between suppliers, centralised procurement, hotel operations and finance in the procure to pay process. The main purpose of the role is the management of systems and process controls and dealing with day to day queries from suppliers and hotel units.
