This is a unique opportunity based in Brisbane to work for a leading firm with a strong focus on infrastructure development.
Working within a team of dynamic corporate finance professionals, this role would suit an Analyst who has gained at least two to three years experience in the field of financial modelling particularly related to company and asset valuations either working in-house or within an advisory firm. Day to day in the role, your work would include;
Financial modelling for business proposals/valuations, including new business opportunities/projects, acquisitions, divestment
Assist with maintenance and update of financial models
Preparation of information memoranda for distribution to potential financiers/counterparties
Support for commercial and finance transactions including due diligence, credit reviews and post-project completion audit
