Data Entry Clerk
Key responsibilities/accountabilities The incumbent will hold the overall responsibility for Filing and Data Entry within the Finance department that supports Trinidad and Caribbean operations. The responsibilities of this position will include, but not be limited to : File data and perform other routine clerical tasks as assigned by supervisor and for other departments as required. Assist in receiving and distributing incoming mails. All clerical duties necessary for the timely and efficient delivery of the Unit's Services including delivery documents, Handling cheques disbursements to our customers both internally and externally. Assist with Data Entry in to the company accounting system To carry out the business of the office in an efficient and confidential manner and conduct self in a professional manner. Operate a variety of standard office machines, including a personal computer and a variety of computer software, phone, fax, calculator, shredding machine, laminating machine and photocopy machine Qualification Requirements: Administrative Diploma/Certificate or ACCA Technician Level 1. Minimum of five (5) ‘O' Level passes (English and Mathematics compulsory). Computer Literacy - Microsoft Word, Excel and Project. Ability to handle multi-tasks simultaneously Punctual and time management skills Ability to carry out assigned projects to their completions; ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information; ability to understand and follow instructions.
