Description
- Daily upload of bank statements
- Daily production of treasury report for both HSBC and Barclays ensuring all bank accounts have sufficient funds in place
- Weekly cash report for Group Finance
- Work with the finance assistant to ensure that all bank transactions are cleared on a daily basis and any uncleared items in the bank sub ledgers are investigated in a timely manner and provide resolution for clearing these items
- Run open item report weekly to review with Group Reporting Manager
- Produce weekly report of any uncleared items to discuss with Group Reporting Manager and any issues escalated to management
- Monthly bank reconciliations including full analysis of any uncleared items
- Monthly bank revaluations for foreign currency bank accounts
- Maintain Investment register and prepare paperwork for new or reinvested investment deals, including monthly accrual for investment income
- Daily inter account bank transfers to ensure cash is allocated to correct bank account
- Send credit control team weekly report of cash receipts they need to allocate to debtor accounts and ensure these are cleared on a timely basis
