Client Details

A leading business based centrally in Brighton are seeking a Part Qualified Finance Analyst for a fixed term contract basis - initially circa 4 months.

Description

As Part Qualified Finance Analyst you will be responsible for:

• Excel modelling to support the financial evaluation of new initiatives and business proposals

• Working with the Financial Control team to ensure a smooth and accurate month end close

• Preparation/distribution of other budget holder monthly reports and dealing with queries from budget holders

• Supporting FP&A team to provide robust, accurate and consistent KPI reporting

• Ad hoc modelling and analysis to aid strategic decision making

• Provide support and ad hoc analysis to FP&A team

• Productions of excel budgets and forecast models

• Maintenance of these models to reflect changes to the underlying operations of the business

• Preparation/loading of non-financial data

• Gathering data and analysing these to understand trends for the future years

• Responsible for loading all budget and forecast data (financial and non-financial) to finance system and reconciling results to ensure this has been done accurately

Profile

The ideal candidate is available to start immediately and has previous knowledge of working in a busy analytical finance role. We welcome applications from PQs, finalists and QBE status candidates. The main criteria is based round availability.
