The client is a large leading Construction Company, looking to train and develop someone within their company.
The key responsibilities are:
- General office admin assistance
- Posting invoices and receipts onto property management system
- Administering statements, copy demands
- Managing and amending client data on management software
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Raise ad-hoc charges such as postage recharges to block, and other data entry
- Filing - reconciled monthly bank statements
The successful candidate will have
- Admin experience in a professional environment - Essential
- Good attention to detail - Essential
- Desire to develop their career in Finance - Essential
