Based in Sydney CBD
$800 - $950 Per day
Kelly Services is seeking to engage with an Operational Senior Business Analyst for one of our government based clients in Sydney. The successful candidate will be working on designing the operating model for the organisation and be responsible for end to end business analysis activities including but not limited to gathering and documenting business requirements, process analysis, gap analysis and creating UAT test plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Gap Analysis, define business requirements, UAT setup and delivery
Contribute to re-engineering, design the process and map the required tools
Produce reports that summarise the data and key trends
Communicate with the project leads and stakeholders and relay project requirements
Prepare Ad hoc Reports, analysis and Submissions as required
Criteria for Selection:
5+ Years' experience as a Business Analyst
Experience as Operational BA rather than a Technical / IT BA
Health and Workers Compensation experience is highly regarded
Ability to do UAT set up and delivery
Strong Stakeholder engagement
