We are seeking a career orientated Sales Administrator to assist our Sales Department in Athlone. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be computer literate along with having the ability to deal with telephone enquiries, filing documents and other office duties.  The successful applicant must be highly organised, familiar with using a CRM System and work well as an integral part of an extremely busy Sales Department.  Processing orders for all new and used vehicles. Invoicing and registering all new and used vehicles. Communicating with the Sales and Aftersales teams to ensure customer deadlines are met. Completion of daily, weekly & monthly reports. Filing of all documents and maintaining accurate records of all vehicle transactions. Implement Relevant Processes & Procedures Work effectively with colleagues to ensure the achievement of company goals.
