Our client a leader in the Sales & Marketing Distribution sector, are currently hiring a Finance Manager to join their team.  Excellent hands on role. Finance Manager FMCG, Wexford The Position: This is a varied role in a fast paced organisation. The Finance Manager will report directly to the Managing Director. The primary responsibility is to manage the full financial reporting process, provide accurate and timely accounting information and to ensure integrity of accounting information in order for management to assess the financial performance of the organisation. Main duties of the role include: Preparation of monthly management accounts Reporting on costings, variance & margin analysis versus budget Ongoing development of financial reporting, accounting processes and implementation of internal controls Manage accounts payable, receivable and credit control Reconcile banks, manage cash-flow and prepare cash-flow forecasts Processing staff payroll Processing VAT and PAYE/PRSI Returns Ensuring monthly reporting deadlines are met Manage HR processes Prepare and manage annual audit process Any other appropriate duties as may be assigned Key requirements include: Experience working within a financial accountant position Finance team management Ability to communicate efficiently with key stakeholders in the business Advanced excel Strong reporting and communication skills Fully or Part-Qualified (Final Exam Stage) Accountant For more information, call Rachel on 01 5005911
