Technology and Business Project Graduate

Three are very excited to invite applications for our Graduate programme, with 3Grads to start in September 2019. What you will be involved in? Work closely with your fellow team members in order to reach your goals. Take part in project work with key accountability for delivering on set objectives Working as part of the Business Team's ICT department. At the end of the program the graduate will understand how Three; Design new products and communication solutions, Use the products to help customers improve their business, Install and support the products on the customer site. The three rotations will be in the following: Three solution architect team, this team are responsible for designing complex computer networking and IT systems. They bring technology solutions to meet our customers' business challenges. Three's business product team, this team are responsible for building ICT products such as; IP telephony, wide area networking(WAN )& security products. Three's business implementation team, this team are responsible for the installation of large WAN & LAN solutions in our customer sites. You will rotate between these three teams. The graduate will develop a range of skills including understanding real world deployments of Local Area Networking, Wide Area Networking, IP Telephony, WiFi, and Mobile Security. What else it involves The graduate will develop a range of skills including understanding real world deployments of Local Area Networking, Wide Area Networking, IP Telephony, WiFi, and Mobile Security. Objectives will include; Design and implementation of communication solutions, Working with vendor technology such as, Citrix, Cisco, Fortinet, Assisting in the product development process, On-site hands on configuration and meeting and presenting to business customer. The skills we're looking for Current third level student or recent graduate within two years of graduating Engineering or Computer Science Degree or similar Expertise in communication technology Industry accreditation (CCNA or ICND preferred) Self-motivated individual with desire to be the best Keen interest in career within Business, focussed on the use of technology as a business enabler. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work well within teams and independently. Innovative and results driven. Effective communicator - excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to convey messages in a clear and efficient manner Strong relationship management skills and ability to operate across multiple teams & disciplines
