My client is seeking a full-time Accounts Assistant for a 6 Month Contract (strong view to perm) to join their Finance team, based in the City Centre, Dublin 2 Job Description: ·         Matching delivery notes to supplier invoices ·         Posting purchase invoices and allocating supplier payments ·         Dealing with supplier queries promptly and efficiently ·         Preparing Creditor statement reconciliations ·         Providing cover for other members of the Finance team ·         General admin duties as required ·         Assisting with data entry and sales/bank reconciliations for Accounts Receivable Requirements: ·         Accounts Technician or 3 Years plus experience ·         Knowledge of Debtors and Creditors ·         Strong systems experience ·         Have strong Microsoft office skills, in particular Microsoft Excel ·         Be efficient, with good attention to detail ·         Have a positive, enthusiastic, can-do attitude Salary: Depending on experience
