This role is reporting in to the Finance Manager.
The duties include:
- Matching, batching and coding purchase invoices
- Raising Purchase orders
- Bank reconciliations
- Payment runs
- Reconciliation of inter-company accounts
- Scanning and filling
- Dealing with queries
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have experience working in a similar role - Essential
- Be studying AAT - Desirable
- Have experience using Sage - Desirable
- Be a strong communicator at all levels - Essential
- Have a strong attention to detail - Essential
This role is looking to pay £16,000 to £17,000 per annum + Parking + Progression + Pension
