We are the overseas platform of financial product selection and structuring for the Group. Currently, the offshore financial products offered by Noah HK are categorized into 5 categories: Credit Fund, Secondary Market, Real Estates, Private Equity, and Cash Management. We design and advise suitable investment products for clients based on their needs in the global financial market. We work closely with leading fund managers in order to minimize the concentration risk of client portfolio and assist clients to achieve global asset allocation.
We are seeking enthusiastic applicant for the following position in Hong Kong:
Responsibilities:
- Review NAV reports for the funds
- Prepare NAV report for SPVs
- Review capital call and distribution calculations
- Assess the reasonableness of underlying investment valuation
- Administrative work e.g. handling payments, preparing management fee, administration fee schedule
- Prepare financial information and schedules for audit purposes, review draft financial statements and liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of audits
Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Quantitative Finance or relevant discipline
- Minimum of 3 years' fund related experience
- Knowledge of Fund of Funds and Private Equity with direct working experience of fund accounting, Financial Industry Audit and/or fund administration will be beneficial
- Member of CPA is an added advantage
- High level of multi-tasking and time management skill are required
- A team-player with excellent working attitude; willing to take on multiple functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Mandarin is a must
