Workplace Banking Relationship Manager Our client is a leading retail bank with a requirement for a Workplace Banking Relationship Manager to join their team. The role will be based in Dundrum on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will provide a best in class customer centric service to customers delivering an outstanding customer experience, building & creating customer loyalty which in turn will deliver an excellent sales performance. The Job: • Ensure a first class customer experience service to WPB prospects • Maximise activity and convert enquiries into sales opportunities • Operate to monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets • Ensure work is carried out and completed in a controlled, compliant, timely and accurate manner with emphasis on attention to detail • Provide an accurate record of all company visits and outcomes on a regular basis to report to Area Manager • Ensure procedures and compliance requirements including AML are adhered to in relation to daily tasks • Ensure early escalation of issues in a timely manner The Person: • 5+ years' experience within a sales environment • Relevant third level qualification or professional equivalent • QFA qualified and committed to further continuous development • Work on a flexible basis as required outside of normal hub opening hours • Successful sales experience within Consumer Finance, Deposits, Mortgage Sales & Insurance, or in another customer experience and sales focussed sector • Business Development experience with a proven record of developing relationships at all levels with customers • Strong communication skills with an ability to deal with all levels in a confident and professional manner • Full clean driving license Interested candidates should contact Susan McCrarren at the enclosed address.
