JOB OVERVIEW Assist in preparation of monthly management reports for submission to Board of Directors; Assist in preparation of yearly budgets for submission to Board of Directors; Review/Prepare monthly bank reconciliation, suppliers reconciliation; Prepare monthly intercompany reconciliation for all subsidiary companies; Review customer balances and ensure its kept within their credit limit; Assist in preparation/review of audit schedules, Review accounting information received from the stores and ensure posted promptly to accounting software Review of accounting procedures and internal controls and identify weaknesses where appropriate Organise monthly and year-end inventory counts Prepare monthly payroll and process monthly and yearly statutory returns QUALIFICATIONS ACCA Level 2 and/ or First degree in Accounting Computer literate with knowledge of Sage 300, Turbo Pay is an asset EXPERIENCE 3-4 years in a similar capacity PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to meet deadlines High degree of confidentiality and accountability
