Credit Controller (Professional Services)
An exciting opportunity to join an accountancy practice as a Credit Controller (Professional Services) in the City of London. This is a sole role so you will have complete control of the credit control process from start to finish.

The key responsibilities for the Credit Controller (professional services) will be:
Working closely with the other credit controller to ensure clients are chased on time and in line with our internal processes whilst ensuring that all collection notes are kept up to date.
Producing and sending a large volume of collection emails on a daily basis, as well as contacting clients via telephone.
Taking and processing card payments from clients over the phone.
Escalating disputes and/or problems to the relevant staff members in line with our internal processes.
Communicating internally with the firm's Partners and Fee Earners and providing weekly debtor report updates to the Finance Director.
The Credit Control team is part of the Company Accounts team, and is responsible for analysing debtor records to identify clients to contact and accurately liaising with clients about outstanding fees and payments. Credit Controllers work with other members of the Accounts Team to ensure the smooth running of their areas of responsibility, displaying strong communication skills, good attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
