Huxley is currently working with a well renowned bank that is on the lookout for a Security Services Relationship Manager. If you have experience within IT Security, Information Security Management, this could be a good opportunity for you

Title: Security Services Relationship Manager

Location: United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

Identify security services customer stakeholders and understand their capabilities and priorities

Solicit and record customer feedback and take action where needed; communicate planned actions back to customers

Regularly measure customer satisfaction levels and identify steps to improve satisfaction levels

Work with the relationship architects and implementation engineers as needed to help plan the design and delivery of new services and service changes



Experience: Cross- functional coordination & executive communication management.

Team Leadership of more than 2 members
