Group Financial Accountant - Dublin

The people stack have an exciting opportunity for a qualified or part-qualified accountant to take the next big step in their career. About the company: Our client is an Irish global services company who have offices in Europe, Asia and the US. Due to their continued success, they are now looking hire an ambitious professional to join the finance / support team. What you will be doing:  Working closely with the Financial Controller and the Finance Director, you will quickly develop an in dept understanding of the invoicing function so that you can implement efficiencies and improvements. You will be responsible for all invoicing and credit control for the group, along with managing the payroll process with several outsources payroll providers. You will manage pensions, including deductions and monthly reviews with providers. You will also be hands on in the monitoring and recording of all staff commissions. What you will need: Over time, this role will develop so it is suited to those who want to progress their career in a dynamic environment and who is capable of adapting in a fast-paced, Multi-currency finance function. You will need to be a qualified or part-qualified accountant with at least 3 years accounting experience. Ideally you will have experience in the professional services industry, but this is not a requirement. As a key function of this role is to design and drive new processes, you will have to have the ability to communicate with senior management and have strong problem-solving skills.
