Position: Insurance Customer Service Location : Dublin City Salary : €13 Per Hour Type: 4 month contract with view to possible extension. EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR AN INSURANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR TO JOIN A REPUTABLE ORGANISATION OFFERING ATTRACTIVE SALARY PACKAGE Our client is a well-known global insurance company who are seeking to employ an Insurance Claims Associate to join their customer service team based in Dublin City. Handling newly reported motor claims via the telephone. Ensuring that full and relevant data is recorded from the outset to enable the Claims Handler's to deal with the cases with no requirement to obtain further data wherever possible. Responsibilities of the Role: Record new claims onto systems via communication channels (telephone, email, etc) Communicate to teams and provide detail whenever a new claim is raised Create reports and track any new claims received Use of computer systems for arranging appointments and data entry Manage customer expectations to provide positive customer service Ensure all targets are met and objectives are achieved Promote the compliance of the company with best practice for all aspects of the business Follow internal and external processes, policies and procedures of the business Requirements for the Role: Previous Customer Service experience Excellent Administration Skills Ability to pick up new systems quickly Excellent communication skills Team Player.
