Dublin City Centre Tour Operator specialising in group tours is recruiting for an Accounts Executive role.  The main duties are: Accounts payable and receivable - payments to suppliers and the allocation of funds received. Invoicing Bank and Credit card reconciliations Credit control Review margin reports and amend errors Petty cash control Stock control Point of contact for external services eg IT, builders. Administration duties Ad hoc as required   Requirements:   Strong IT skills At least 3 years previous admin or accounts experience Ability to prioritise Willing to work in a face paced and demanding environment Previous SAP experience advantageous. Excellent telephone manner. Calm under pressure. Able to work on your own initiative and think outside the box. Excellent administration skills An advanced Microsoft Word/Excel user with attention to detail. Office hours are 9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday Immediate start available.
