KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Generating company invoices Debt collections Receipting of sales Updating receipts Spreadsheet Foreign Event receivables Preparing account receivables Aging report Entering bills on QuickBooks Generating company invoices Preparation of cheques/cash Preparation of cheque and cash vouchers Updating Excel payables listing with bills received Foreign event receivables Bank reconciliations Credit Card reconciliations Preparing event P&L's Preparing account receivables aging bank report P erforms out related duties as requested by management QUALIFICATIONS Complete CXC certificate inclusive of Maths and English, Accounts will be an asset. 3 yrs experience Proficient in Excel 2 GCE A' Level, 1 subject must be Accounts Experience in QuickBooks accounting software SKILLS Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask Honest Reliable Good organizational skills Excellent interpersonal skills
