1 Regulatory compliance expert in CBRC issues. As an interface mainly with CBRC for regulatory compliance requirements. Contact CBRC from time to time to coordinate or arrange official visits, application submissions and regulatory related inquiries. 2 Prepare regular/ad hoc reports to CBRC and PBOC as required. 3 Draft and prepare CBRC application document packages required by CBRC regulation and follow up the application and approval processes. Coordinate or implement MOFCOM or SAIC administrative approval processes if such processes are mandatorily required after getting CBRC's approval. 4 Actively keep a watch on the latest development of CBRC regulatory requirements, provide advice to the the Compliance Officer and local management about their implementation in MBF China, follow up the implementation. 5 Assist the Compliance Officer in implementing self-inspection, onsite inspection and investigations for various topics as required by CBRC and PBOC. 6 Assist the Compliance Officer in implementing Group Compliance global initiatives in the MBF China entities. 7 Assist the Compliance Officer in assessing entity-specific compliance risks, developing mitigation measures and follow-up of implementation. Proactively provide consultation to the local decision-makers about compliance-related matters. Continuously engage other functions in achieving the compliance-related deliverables/tasks. 8 Assist the Compliance Officer in fostering a culture of integrity and compliance in MBF China. 9 Contribute in initiates of the Regional Compliance Office. Deliver results for projects assigned by the Regional Compliance Officer from time to time.
