This role will sit within a small finance team, for a recruitment company in central London. They are looking to hire somebody on a temporary to permanent basis.
The key responsibilities for this Payroll/ Accounts Assistant (temporary to permanent) role will be:
- Management of 2 email accounts
- Checking time sheets for submission and approval
- Processing sales invoices
- Making payments
- Bank reconciliations
- Accounts Payable
- Credit control
- Processing time sheets
The successful candidate for this Payroll/ Accounts Assistant (temporary to permanent) vacancy, based in central London will be immediately available and have over 2 years experience in an accounts capacity.
The candidate will need to be proactive and be able to hit the ground running.
This accountancy role based in central London will offer the candidate experience within a growing sector. The temporary position is for an initial 3 month before the candidate will be offered a permanent position.
