Overview:
Huxley is currently working with a well renowned bank that is on the lookout for an Executive Director. If you have experience within Investment Banking, Real Estate Investments, and Asset Management, this could be perfect for you.
Title: Executive Director
Reporting to: CEO
Location: Qatar
Responsibilities:
The position will also be a member of the Investment Committee
Responsibilities include handling a large team.
Negotiating terms with Developers, Asset Managers, Bankers..
Asset Management of the Real Estate portfolio.
Identify key investment opportunities on a Global basis, responsible for all property acquisitions and transaction structuring, and placement and investor relationships in Middle East and Asia
Experience:
Experience in handling AUMs
Minimum 10 years' experience handling Asset Management, Investment Banking, and Real Estate Investments.
Experience working with a large reputable local or international bank
