This leading multinational company based in Dublin city centre is looking for a Collections Supervisor to join their busy team. Full time permanent Salary 50-55k depending on experience. Reporting to the Head of Collections you will be in charge of managing up to 10 people. The Collections Supervisor will manage a team of Collections Analysts such that cash collection is maximised, risk is minimised and all disputes are recorded and escalated as per policies & procedures. He / She will assist is producing daily /weekly /monthly metrics as well as acting as an escalation point for disputed items. The role will also involve contributing to the management of the wider Collections team on an operational level, whilst keeping in regular contact and maintaining a good working relationship with key clients. Key responsibilities Managing a team of Collection Analysts to ensure all collections of revenue allocated are paid according to the contracted terms. Participate in revenue management and planning, where requested. Collating the query data via Get Paid into meaningful management data for escalation & action. Ensure the standard of credit control relations are adhered to at all times. Assist in managing the integrity of the Collections Team function in accordance to audit control processes. Ensure daily cash received is allocated accurately on the day of receipt. Act as a Deputy of other Supervisors. Provide any ad hoc assistance and support to the European Collections Manager when needed. Required Skills/Experience: Minimum of 7 years' experience working in a collections function, minimum of 5 years' experience in leading teams. Ability to work to tight deadlines in order to achieve monthly / assigned collection targets. DSO and Month End reporting experience essential. Experience in Business Credit Reporting. Previous experience of working in a fast-paced international collections environment. Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks, while being proactive and flexible Commercially focused with a strong client service approach. Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally. A proven team player with excellent communication skills, analytical skills and attention to detail. Completely literate in English language and ideally one or more foreign language skills.
