Senior Billing Analyst - Dublin 2

The Company Our client is a leading professional services organisation with offices in Dublin City Centre. This firm is experiencing rapid expansion and needs a self-starter to join their accounting team. The Role In this position, you will enter, post and reconcile invoices, research and resolve customer A/R issues, prepare ageing report, produce monthly reports handle audit queries, set up new clients and maintain client accounts. You will be responsible for communicating any issues to fee earners and secretaries and be able build strong working relationships both internally and externally. Your Skills & Experience To be considered for this role you will have strong previous experience in a Billing focussed position and ideally have a third level qualification. A strong understanding of eBilling related systems and processes will be very beneficial. You will also have experience working in a high volume professional services organisation. About you You will have brilliant time management skills and the motivation to work independently. As a great collaborator you can partner with colleagues in related departments, offering creative insights into managing client balances. You will have the confidence to negotiate with clients and the business insights to offer workable suggestions for accounts falling into arrears.
