We are seeking a well-organised, self-motivated, detail-oriented and enthusiastic person to support AMP activities worldwide. AMP activities include the App Store, Apple Music, iTunes and iBooks Stores. Key Qualifications: •You have a proven ability to build effective partnerships with a diverse business team internationally •Ability to mange multiple tasks and adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment •You have confirmed analytical and creative problem solving skills •You'll bring amazing organisational skills and strict attention to detail •Minimum 2 years experience in Finance, Accounting or relevant field •Accounts Payable and Receivables experience within a multinational will be an advantage •SAP experience is desirable •Intermediate Excel skills are critical Description: As AMP Authorized Requester you will manage financial controls relating to the purchasing process. This role will require substantial cross-functional interaction with AMP Finance and business teams worldwide in Apple. You will be resourceful and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will have an ability to problem solve, multi-task, work independently and prioritize their workload. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are important, as they will be interacting with outside vendors, Procurement, Finance, as well as other organizations within Apple. In this role, you will take the initiative to improve and streamline existing processes to make them more efficient and scalable. Monitoring the entire life cycle of the spending process from purchase order to goods/invoice receipt, including communication and follow-up with business managers, suppliers, procurement and payments teams as necessary. Providing support on finance issues, policies and practices and working as a liaison between the business and finance. Supporting Quarter End activities, including accruals. Contributing to initiatives and projects as they arise, e.g. user acceptance testing. Creating /maintaining customer and vendor accounts. Other administrative duties as required.
