Financial Planning Analyst My client a leading north Dublin based retailer are looking for a qualified accountant to join their expanding team. This is a standalone role where you will be responsible for detailed analysis and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have strong excel, 2 years analysis experience and prior forecasting and budgeting exposure. Your tasks include: Manage the annual budgeting and business planer making quarterly forecast, based in quality, accuracy, and timeliness of reporting. Take responsibility for the analysis of the business, within a high performance finance team Work along with key stakeholders in all areas of the business Make three year forecasts Retail store and distribution KPI reporting Revenue and expenditure analysis Stock analysis, including ageing, slow moving and NRV reporting Preparation of cost centre KPI's and management reports Preparation of executive board meeting reports P&L consolidation reporting Analytical reviews with commentary Supporting the financial reporting team Producing ad-hoc business reports to evaluate business performance and aid informed decision making Your skills and experience include: Qualified accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercially focussed FP&A role, with the ability to work to corporate reporting deadlines Work experience in a similar environment and suitable analytical and reporting skills. Experience in budgeting, forecasts and management accounts for multi-company /departmental entities.
