Job title: Credit Controller Salary: £26,000 - £28,000

My client has been operating for over 80 years with their HQ in the USA and over 100 locations in more than 40 countries. They provide claim management and loss adjustments in specific areas such as: property, casualty and crime. They are looking for a Credit Controller to join their busy Credit Control team
Job Responsibilities:
• Maintaining and issuing monthly statements
• Responding to all customer requests
• Solving all customer queries
• Liaising with adjusters to resolve any outstanding issue
• Ensuring smooth collection of fees
• Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
• Reducing company aged debt
• Posting cash receipts
Candidate Requirements:
• Recent experience in a busy Credit Control department
• It literate with advanced Excel including Pivot tables and VLOOKUPS
• Able to prioritise workload to ensure targets are meet
• Experience of negotiation where all parties are agreeable and commit
• Experience of debt collections in a professional services environment
• Strong communication skills - clear and concise
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
