Page Personnel Finance are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for our client, a leading Fashion/Retailer located in London's West End, a short walk from Oxford Street.

Located across the UK, Europe & USA, our client is a global retail/fashion brand. They have expanded significantly recently, and as a result, are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their accountancy team.
Description
Located in London's West End, our client is looking for an Accounts Assistant with responsibility for the following duties:
Scanning supplier invoices in to invoice payment system
Reconciling supplier statements
Request key supplier statements
Matching/reconciling supplier accounts
Coding supplier invoices in invoice system
Chase invoice authorisations in the business
Process employee expenses
Post credit card statements into accounting system
Bank Reconciliations
Assist with Management Accounts including:
Prepare fixed asset register
Post monthly depreciation
Post UK & US Wholesale revenue
Run Wholesale P&L
Sales deduction accruals
Revenue allocation journal per customer for Wholesale
Wholesale prepayments
Wholesale margin review
Accrue settlement discounts & customer returns
Intrastat
Profile
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a finance/accounting role, and MUST have advanced excel skills.
This role would suit an ACCA/CIMA studier
