Page Personnel Finance are recruiting for a Finance Administrator for our client, a leading PR/Communications agency located in London's West End, a short walk from Piccadilly Circus.

Client Details

Our client is an international PR/Communications agency located in London's West End. Due to expansion within their client portfolio, an opportunity has arisen for a Finance Administrator to join their accountancy division.


Located in London's West End, our client is looking for a Finance Administrator with responsibility for the following duties:

Sales ledger
* Raising retainer fee and project fee invoices in a timely manner throughout the month
* Managing and tracking client budgets
* Credit control
* Uploading invoices to client portals where necessary
* Billing third party expenses, managing WIP
* Chasing purchase orders
* Maintaining contracts spreadsheet and billing details
* Keeping Sales Ledger tidy and providing monthly updates

Purchase ledger
* Coding and inputting invoices on Exchequer (supported by office administrator)
* Ensuring invoices are approved
* Preparing and posting payment batches
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Uploading staff expenses and checking receipts (supported by office administrator)
* Uploading company credit cards and checking receipts (supported by office administrator)
* Dealing with ad-hoc queries
* Keeping Purchase Ledger tidy

Other accounting duties
* Posting bank transactions daily and monthly reconciliation of two bank accounts
* Preparing quarterly VAT schedule
* Assisting with timesheet reports
* Assisting with balance sheet reconciliations
* Preparing standard contracts for clients


The ideal candidate will:

Have previously worked in an Accounts department, working with timesheets - preferably in PR/Marketing/Agency

Job Offer

Salary of up to £26,000
