Customer Service- Finance
As a Customer Service- Finance advisor you would be involved in managing and solving small financial queries and passing on any larger queries onto the specific finance teams. Full training will be provided.
The client is one of the largest outsourcers for Government Contracts. They are based close to the M4 and A48, they also have free parking on site. The site is also easily accessible from Cardiff and Newport by bus with public transport passing the client site every 10 minutes.
The client has multiple finance functions on site and each team usually consists of up to 12 team members.
As a Customer Service- Finance team member you would:
Seek to resolve the majority of queries received via email and telephone within agreed SLA's
Ensure that where queries are handed off to other internal departments for resolution, clear and precise information is provided to aid the speed of resolution.
Act as initial point of contact for client, their staff and their suppliers. Responds to all enquiries, performs transactions, and facilitates service improvement and information provision.
- Queries usually include, missing purchase orders, over payments & pay queries etc
The successful candidate for the Customer Service- Finance role will:
- Have worked in either Finance or Customer service previously
- Ideally have worked with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
The ideal candidate will be offered:
- £17,000-£18,000 per annum
- Plus Holiday and Pension
- Be Based in Newport
