The incumbent will join a team of 9, assisting the Team Head, Financial & Regulatory Reporting, focusing on financial reporting projects delivery.

  • Able to work with Finance users and users from other departments in gathering and analyzing user requirement, identify opportunities for improvement and articulate business requirements into functional requirements for functional design document.
  • Be a liaison person with Technology team and external vendor providing end to end solutions that ensure users' needs are optimally met.
  • Manage project implementation including meeting project key milestones, timeline and proactively manage and resolve issues.
  • Arrange with users to conduct User Acceptance Test.
  • Able to work effectively with various stakeholders within the bank.
  • Able to collaborate and share knowledge within a fast-moving environment.
  • Proven track record in a team leading role.

  • ACCA / Degree in Accounting; Familiar with IFRS/SFRS.
  • Has at least 8 years of experience in the area of regulatory reporting in banks (preferably in MAS Notice 610 reporting).
  • Has prior experience as a regulatory reporting system user.
  • Strong self-starter, pro-active and team player.
  • Good analytical/communication skills and problem solving ability.
  • Must be able to work well under tight deadlines, handle multiple responsibilities and deliver results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (especially Excel, and Access). Globus knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Candidate will be required to demonstrate practical applications in Excel with a test dataset.
