Farming Account Executive

The Client:

A successful growing Insurance Broker in Scotland are looking to recruit a talented Account Executive member of staff to join their developing team and focus on developing agricultural business.

The Opportunity:

Your role will be to develop a book of business across the agricultural industry, developing a pipeline of new business. You will ideally have an established network of prospects in the industry which you will be able to utilise in you new role to grow your book.

You will be given marketing support to create appointments for you for face to face visits. The successful candidate should use this as a top up and not be solely reliant on this for their leads. Our client finds the best conversation rates and success come from candidates who develop their own leads and networks.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious candidate to join a fantastic niche insurance brokerage who will offer the support and career progression.

What’s needed for me to be considered?

Ideally you will have a strong Agricultural insurance experience or a good knowledge of the agricultural industry and the clientele within

A professional and responsible person who is able to work out of a commutable office or be field / home

Insurance qualifications are beneficial
